Fashion can serve a greater purpose rather than reflecting your personality or current trends. Bringing thoughtful designs for sensitive minds and bodies, Cozy Ino is a fashion brand blending behavioral science and apparel design to meet the real-world needs of neurodivergent individuals.

Created by BCB and clinical consultant Dr. Deena Moustafa, Ph.D., BCBA, the clothing brand delivers evidence-informed, regulation-first clothing for various clients seeking ways to support sensory wellness while reducing behavioral triggers.

About Dr. Moustafa

Dr. Moustafa is a globally recognized behavior analyst, autism care expert, author, and consultant to healthcare, education, and corporate systems. With over 15 years of professional experience in trauma-informed, neurodivergent care, she is the founder and CEO of Go Behavioral, an ABA therapy provider serving families throughout California, Florida, and Europe.

Additionally, Dr. Moustafa is an associate professor of clinical psychology.

Launching Cozy Ino, the only clothing line designed by a board-certified behavior analyst, she wanted to create clothing to support sensory regulation and nervous system relief. She stated that sensory responses weren’t a “tantrum,” but were people’s bodies “screaming for relief.”

“Our bodies need clothing that calms, not agitates. I’ve seen it in my clients, and I’ve felt it too.”

Wearable Wellness

Cozy Ino offers tagless, seamless, and pressure-free clothes, helping people feel calm and more at ease with themselves. As wearable wellness for every nervous system, this breathable fashion brand is designed to avoid overstimulation by combining trauma-aware principles into tangible, daily tools.

“We’ve told people to squeeze into discomfort for decades,” Moustafa says. “It’s time fashion stopped fighting our bodies, and started supporting them.”

With therapy-informed solutions that change how one dresses for their nervous system, Cozy Ino’s line includes:

  • Tagless T-shirts and Hoodies: Made with ultra-soft, breathable materials and designed for sensitive skin.
  • Cozy Lounge Joggers: These have flat seams and flexible waistbands that don’t irritate.
  • Soft-Touch Cap and Seam-Free Beanie: No scratching or pressure, just comfort.
  • Lightweight Scarf: Great for individuals who want to stay stylish without triggering layers.

Therapeutic Support for Clients

Supporting daily transitions and emotional regulation, Cozy Ino crafts clothes that provide therapeutic support for various individuals and professions. The brand aims to help wearers feel comfortable, confident, and peaceful in their skin. Cozy Ino is already showing early signs of success in improving client focus while decreasing meltdown triggers, and it works whether you are at home, in school, or professional settings.

Some professionals for whom Cozy Ino products are ideal include ABA providers, OTs, counselors, and school-based clinicians who work with individuals with Autism, ADHD, trauma, and sensory-processing disorder.

These clothes can be beneficial for parents managing sensory-sensitive routines.

Additionally, the apparel line aligns with neurodiversity affirming practices for women healing from trauma, neurodivergent adults seeking comfort, young adults and children with sensory differences, and more.

The feedback that Cozy Ino has received praises the line for the relief and confidence it provides to individuals.

“When you eliminate daily discomfort, even something as small as a scratchy seam, you create space for connection, clarity, and calm,” Moustafa adds. “Sometimes healing is woven into the little things.”
